Location
MetaBikes is located in El Maresme, a narrow region that runs between the Mediterranean Sea and the coast mountain range, right on the north of Barcelona. Due to its situation and the warm climate it`s one of the most cycled areas in Spain. Hundreds of road cyclists ride daily the see level road that goes from Barcelona along the coast to Blanes, 38 miles to the north. The coast mountain range is a natural protected area free from motorized vehicles that is explored on the week-ends by avid mountain bikers. And last, but not least, there are also the everyday riders that use bicycles as cheap mean of transportation.
