We approached the design phase challenging ourselves with a demanding briefing: create the perfect road machine, a fusion of recumbents and traditional cycling.

Take advantage of standard road components was mandatory in order that you can choose from a huge offer of quality wheels sets, forks, tyres, cranks and brakes. The production of recumbents with 700c wheels is almost nonexistent, and we know well why. We had to squeeze our brains to carefullly place every part in the right position to get the desired efficiency, functionality and ergonomics.

MetaPhysic is the culmination of this effort. Concived to obtain the maximum performance on real road riding conditions. Seat is at the proper height to be seen by car drivers and also to share the ride with traditional road bicycles. The compact racing geometry, low gravity center and balanced distribution of rider’s weight result in great stability and control at any speed.

For its fabrication we have selected only the most technical and advanced materials. Main frame is made of heat treated aluminum 7000 series. All other specific parts are available in carbon fiber. With this combination we get a bicycle with the required stiffness for a good power transfer and also ligthweight for better climbing.

MetaPhysic is available as AL and CF framekit versions to be completed with your favorite standard road components.
